Application Integration Module (AIM) Fee
Eligible for 100% Co-op Reimbursement
• 2020’s AIM allows the 2020 quote report to be converted into an XML file which can then be uploaded to Direct
Connect on
WellbornAndYou.com• Yearly Renewal Invoice from 2020 for AIM fee must be submitted by Dealer to Wellborn. See page 12-50 to learn
how to submit a manually processed claim.
L. Dealer Open House and Business Meetings
Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement
• Wellborn will reimburse a portion for the Open House directly related to Wellborn.
• Business meetings must include a presentation of Wellborn products, programs and promotions given by a
Wellborn Representative.
• A Wellborn Representative must be present at either event.
• Costs such as meeting space, refreshments (excluding alcoholic beverages), invitations and advertisements to
the event are eligible for up to 50% reimbursement.
• Photography from the events showing Wellborn participation at the event.
• Name of event and how Wellborn will be promoted at either event.
• If other vendors are represented, reimbursement will be calculated and prorated based on the number of vendor
representation.

M. Merchandising Sales and Promotional Programs
Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement
• Specified programs sponsoring Wellborn product may be eligible.
• Individual programs will detail the extent of Co-op.
• If other vendors are represented, reimbursement will be calculated and prorated based on the number of vendor
representation.
• Name of event or promotion and how Wellborn will be represented.
• Prior approval is required.
N. Model Home/Parade of Homes Program
Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement
• Wellborn will extend a discount of up to 50% off net factored pricing for cabinetry used for Parade of Homes
and/or Model Homes.
• Model home kitchen layouts, photos of installed cabinets and invoices are needed with claim form.
• Name of subdivision.
• Number of homes in subdivision.
• Wellborn Territory Manager approval required.
O. Outdoor and Indoor Advertising
Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement
• The cost of billboards, fleet images, decals and store signs.
• This includes Wellborn’s photographic services and fleet images.
• The Wellborn logo and photography must be used.
• Installation costs do not qualify for Co-op.
• Billboard space rental is also eligible for Co-op reimbursement.
• The approved Wellborn logo must appear on ad equivalent to size of dealer logo.
• If other vendors are represented, reimbursement will be calculated and prorated based on the number of vendors
represented.
Other
Any non-standard advertising method requires
written pre-approval by Regional Sales Manager and Wellborn Management.
