Trade and Consumer Shows

Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement

Home shows will be considered for reimbursement by Wellborn on their merit and

must be pre-approved by the

dealer’s Territory Manager.

Contact Wellborn for details on the rules and approval before making a show

commitment. Wellborn product and logo must be used and Logo Requirements must be followed.

Expenses for Home Shows will be reimbursed as follows:

• Booth space at home show reimbursed: 50%

• Cabinetry used in the booth reimbursed: 50%

- Must include the Wellborn invoice, layout and pictures of cabinetry placed in booth to qualify

• Freight costs and Drayage: Not eligible for reimbursement

• Show services: Not eligible for reimbursement

When submitting claims for reimbursement, the dealer claim must include:

• Copy of the show contract/invoice for booth space

• Photograph of the home show booth

• Photograph of the Wellborn portion of the booth

When other brands or products are included, reimbursement will be calculated and prorated based on the

percentage of the booth that features Wellborn brands or products.

H. Joint Advertising with Your Customers

Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement

• Your customers (remodelers, builders and sub-dealers) may use the Wellborn logo in their advertising.

• You can also allow them to use your Co-op dollars in this effort.

• The dealer must submit all claims, and all Co-op advertising guidelines must be followed for credit to be issued.

• When other brands or products are included, reimbursement will be calculated and prorated based on the

percentage of the ad that features Wellborn brands or products.

• Remember to include needed documentation such as copies of paid invoices, newspaper or magazine tear

sheets, radio or television script affidavits with program log verification, photographs of trade show events, etc.

I. Yellow Page Advertising

Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement

• Yellow Page ads listed under the category “Kitchen Cabinets and Equipment-Household” that include the

Wellborn logo.

• Invoice and copy of ad must be submitted for reimbursement.

• When other brands or products are included, reimbursement will be calculated and prorated based on the

percentage of the ad that features Wellborn brands or products.

J. Wellborn’s National Yellow Page Trademark Program

Co-op Reimbursement Based on Sales Volume

• Our National Yellow Page Trademark Program is an excellent way to get your dealership’s name into your local

Yellow Page directory under the Wellborn logo for a minimal cost to you.

• Participation is based on net paid invoices from September of the previous year to August of the current year.

• Participants are notified of their eligibility each October.

• Below is the category breakout for the percentage Co-op will cover for participation in the program:

100% – Sales of $1M plus

88% – Sales of $100,000 - $999,999

75% – Sales of $50,000 - $99,999

• National Direct Media Service is our agent for this program. Their expertise in yellow page administration will

ensure convenient and accurate listings.

• National Direct Media Service will also handle all mailings and will contact you directly about your listings.

• National Direct Media Service will also collect all payments.

• Submit your invoice from National Direct Media Service to the marketing department to receive Co-op

reimbursement.

K. NARI, NAHB Remodeler Council & NKBA Local Dues

Eligible for 50% Co-op Reimbursement

Dues paid to join your local NARI Chapter, NAHB Remodeler Council and NKBA Chapter are eligible for Co-op

reimbursement. Submit copies of paid invoices.
