This option gives you the ability to order custom panel sizes based on specific parameters for each
door style. You must specify the following information when ordering. Does not include installation
hardware. Wellborn has the right to substitute MDF for center panels with paints and paints with glazes
to insure better quality on larger panels.
• Drill or No Drill (ND)
- If Drill is selected, then you must specify Left (L) or Right (R) hinge.
• Door Edge Profile (DE) or Square Edge Profile (SE)
- Note: All edges will receive the specified edge treatment.
• Height and Width
- Sizes are allowed in 1⁄
16 ” increments
- There are minimum and maximum widths allowed in order to retain the door profile.
Minimum and maximum widths will vary based on individual door construction.

- FD Finished Door
- DDF Decorative Door Frame
- MD Mullion Door

Panel Configurations
To Calculate the Price of Your Panel:
The custom panels are priced per square foot. There is a minimum
charge of 1 sq. ft. for drawer fronts and 1½ sq. ft. for doors.
• Custom Panels are $120 List per sq. ft.
EXAMPLE:
Panel Size
36” x 30” = 1,080 ÷ 144 = 7.5 sq. ft.
For Custom Door (or Drawer Fronts):
7.5 sq. ft. x $120 List = $900
