form located in this section. An on-line catalog is available on WAY under Services. Once you have received your
marketing items from New Leaf Marketing submit your invoice to Wellborn’s Marketing Department for 50% Co-op
reimbursement. The Co-operative Merchandising and Advertising Claim form is also located in this section.
