• ColorInspire sample expires 90 days after the date stamped on the sample. If an order is not placed within that time, a
new sample must be purchased and the entire process, including the purchase of a new ColorInspire sample, must be
repeated prior to placing a ColorInspire order.
Step 3. Place ColorInspire Order
• ColorInspire Acceptance Form must be submitted to the Direct Connect ordering system prior to order placement –
NO Exceptions.
• Order placement will occur following the receipt of the Acceptance Form at the dealer’s next order cutoff date.
• Minimum of $500.00 Net cabinet order required. A minimum dollar order is not required for replacement part orders.
• Ordering Procedures:
i. Select the ColorInspire Finish Order Selection
ii. The following information will be required on the ColorInspire Order.
iii. Paint Manufacturer’s Name
For Example: Sherwin-Williams
iv. Paint Manufacturer’s Color Name
For Example: Blue Bauble
v. Paint Manufacturer’s Order Code
For Example: SW6948
vi. ColorInspire Wellborn Sample ID Number
For Example: CS000001 (will be supplied by Wellborn and applied to
each half of sample)
vii. The system will verify the information to the Acceptance Form information to insure correct color is ordered.
• There will be a slight difference between the ColorInspire sample and the cabinet order.
• ColorInspire Price: Add 25% to standard List price.
• Replacement Orders:
i. If a replacement part order is needed after 90 days from ColorInspire sample date, a new ColorInspire sample must be
ordered.
• Displays and Samples:
i. Showroom Display orders will follow the current Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. display Program guidelines. If you have any
questions, contact your Territory Manager for details. You must follow the same procedure stated above for ordering.
ii. Samples for showroom displays can be submitted for Co-op credit. This will require special approval from your
Territory Manager along with pictures showing them as part of your permanent showroom display. You must follow
the same procedure stated above for ordering.
• Touch-up:
i. Touch-up materials should be obtained from your local retail paint dealer.
